Description
Photograph of a display of a ground-sloth hunt in the Natural History Museum, [s.d.]. A figurine of a ground-sloth is visible at right standing on what appears to be rocky ground. He is standing on his hind legs, while four human figurines can be seen behind him with spears. Mountains are depicted in the background, and wood paneling surrounds the display. A sign below the display reads, "A Ground-Sloth Hunt at Gypsum Cave, Nevada. That such a scene may really have taken place many thousand years before Christ is suggested by recent findings in the cave".
