Carolina Biquard writes to Peter Drucker to inform him of a proposal she received from AVINA, an investing group founded by Stephan Schmidheiny, inviting her to join their Indicators Task Force. The Task Force will recommend a methodology to assist AVINA in evaluating and measuring its performance. She goes on to ask if Drucker could write an article for a special edition of Apertura. In addition, Carolina informs Drucker of her success in opening a weekly column in the "La Nacion" and her growing friendship with the Chairman of the newspaper whom she sent a copy of Drucker's "Adventures of a Bystander." She ends the correspondence by enclosing a copy of the article she wrote for "La Nacion." The article is entitled, "El Compromiso de la Comunidad" and is written in Spanish.
