Architect Welton Becket (left) shows off the built-in television set in "Home of Tomorrow" which opened March 16, 1951, in ceremonies at Wilshire and Highland Avenues. Among the "first nighters" there were Neil Petree, Margia Dean and Joan Valerie (left to right). Proceeds from the one dollar admissions will go to St. Anne Foundation and to Saint Sophia Greek Orthodox Cathedral. The exhibit will be open for six months.
