Description
"Schwester Berta Schulz bei der Krankenbehandlung in Moschi" ("Sister Berta Schulz treating the sick in Moshi"). A building with a corrugated iron roof. African people dressed in cloth sitting / standing in the entrance and to each side of the entrance. Sister Schulz in the entrance, treating a small child.
Johannes Schanz (1876-1963) was a priest. He worked for the Leipzig Mission in Moshi and Memba from 1901-1910. -- Cf. Album 11 no. 240.
