Description: Exterior view of the Old Sandberg Lodge, abandoned by its original owners shorty after completion of the new Ridge Route in 1930. Valley residents Walter "Lucky" Stevens and his wife Sarah, hold a long-term lease on the historic structure and they plan to open a gift shop, cafe, and other services.
