Title supplied by cataloger. Models of 14 homes on display were created by senior architectural students at the University of Southern California. The Downtown Home Expositions involved merchants showing displays of complete homes, furnished rooms and displays of flowers. Photograph caption dated October 21, 1947 reads "Loretta Burns admires one of the units in display of model homes, a feature of Downtown Home Expositions. Homes were built to give features questionnaire revealed were choice of majority of public." Burns is standing next to a miniature of an exterior home model and in the background, hung on the wall, is a miniature of an interior home model.
