Describes lease agreement terms beginning January 1, 1941, ending December 31, 1941 for approximately seven acres of land on the M. R. Dominguez acre allotment of Rancho San Pedro. Land lease is subject to survey adjustments and is "not to be recorded or offered for record." Yearly rent is $175.
