Loyalist mural, Disraeli St., Woodvale, West Belfast, 1999 (updated 2006). Mural commemorates Trevor King, UVF officer. Portrait of King surrounded by poppies; flags of UVF and YCV '1st Belfast Battalion "B" Company'; paramilitary figure to left; plaque: 'In Proud and Loving Memory of Lt. Col. Trevor James King "B" Coy. 1st Belfast Battalion Ulster Volunteer Force Died 9th July 1994[.] At the Going Down of the Sun and in the Morning We Shall Remember'; to left: 'You smug-faced crowds with kindling eye./ Who cheer when soldier lads pass by./ Sneak home and pray you'll never know./ The hell where youth and laughter go.' (from Siegfried Sassoon 'Suicide in the Trenches').
