Photograph was edited for publication purposes Photograph caption dated November 7, 1960 reads "Scoutmaster Don Ellison (right, background), oversees collection of debris on Reseda streets by the community's Explorer, Cub and Boy Scouts. While Reseda slept Saturday, the Scouts launched their cleanup and beautification campaign at 7 a.m. After collecting trash from the streets, the boys distributed 30,000 litter bags to residents. Reseda Chamber of Commerce, one of five sponsoring organizations, supplied a truck for the campaign."
