Times, the development was called Briarvale and consisted of 4 floor plans and 11 elevations, including a "tri-level" plan. Grand opening was Jan. 24, 1960. Features advertised included "all-electric kitchen, built-in cocktail bars, brick barbecues, rumpus room, ... some center-island stone fireplaces."
