Photograph caption dated March 19, 1956 reads, "Members of the police department of the Valley Division are all smiles as they proudly show golf trophies received for their winning efforts the past year on the fairways. The annual dinner meeting, under the direction of Sgt. Walter Wilkinson, was held at the Ram's Horn Thursday night. The happy winners, from left, are: front row--George O'Nan, Dick Hill and Charles Stewart; standing--Bill Stapp, Blaine Skeen, Dean Warner and Wilkinson." The restaurant is in Encino.
