Description
Abstract of Title to Part of Lot 6 in Block 2 Range 3 South, dated June 18, 1898, made at the request of J. J. Burt Esq. To all that parcel of land situate in the City of San Jose, County of Santa Clara, State of California, described as follows: Commencing at a point on the Easterly line of Second Street distant 154.56 feet Northerly from the Northerly line of San Carlos Street running thence Northerly along said line of Second Street 54.84 feet, thence at right angles Easterly 137.84 feet, thence at right angles Southerly 54.84 feet and thence at right angles Westerly 137.84 feet to the place of commencement. Being a portion of Lot No. 6 in Block 2 Range 3 South of the Base Line of said City of San Jose. Original grant from Charles White, 1st Alcalde to John Hopper, March 28, 1848.
