Group portrait of Mayor Eugene E. Schmitz and attorney Joseph C. Campbell taken from the side while riding in an auto. Text written under photo: "Eugene E. Schmidt [sic] mayor [at left] Attorney J C Campbell [at right]." Joseph C. Campbell was Schmitz' leading counsel at his extortion trial in 1907.
