Description
Evening dress. Light blue ankle length dress. Empire waist has scoop neck that falls off the shoulder. Short cap sleeves have ruffled edges. Ruffled detail starts at right shoulder, crosses bodice, lines the left side of the dress and intersects with ruffled hem. Accessories include white evening gloves that stop just below the elbow, gold necklace and bracelets (one placed high on the arm near the sleeve), and a wrapped turban.
