Description
The gardens, bordered by the Jesuit Faculty Residence and the Mission Church, were cultivated in the 1880s by Joseph Bayma, S.J. The central organizing theme was the grape arbors, which were later replaced by Wisteria bines, some of which still exist around the garden today.
