Photograph caption dated April 23, 1965 reads, "Pleased at what they see of the new Granada Hills Youth Sports Center, promoters and youngsters take a sneak preview of what is to be formally dedicated May 1 in ceremonies open to the public. Mayor Sam Yorty and other civic dignitaries are expected to attend. Standing from left are Bill Sehnem, Bob Sforzini and Glen Berry, while kneeling, from left are Matt Friedrichsen, Tim Ruane and Robbie Ponce."
