Description
In Brazil's Fall 2008 elections, eight politicians ran under the name of Barack Obama. Brazil's election law allows candidates to run under names of their choosing. Claudio Henrique dos Anjos, a candidate in a mayoral race, was running under the name ""Claudio Henrique-Barack Obama"" in the hopes that it would draw attention to his ""plans and programmes"" and says that the name has brought increased attention to his campaign.
