Survey map for a proposed land division in Tract A, Rancho Santa Ana. Lots 1 to 13 are situated along Noguera Avenue and Avenal Street, south of Santa Ana Road. Acreage and valuation data (in black ink) is shown for each lot. Adjacent property owners: Dortha C. Roberts and George F. Fowler. Map prepared for the estate of Zora P. Selby.
