Description
Group portrait of employees at the Southern Lumber Company. To the left and right and behind the group a series of automobiles are parked in front of the lumber yard for the Southern Lumber Company. Above the group, a large wooden sign reads, "Fruit Trays and Tree Props," and to the immediate right, another sign sits on the roof of the South Lumber Company office, it reads, "Agency Mt. Diablo Cement [and?] Santa Cruz Lime." To the left of group and up, a water tower stands with "B.B. S. C. Co." painted on its side. To the far right, a large building -possibly a warehouse or workshop- has the following text painted on its front: "We want your trade. Quality. Service. Southern Lumber Company. Doors. Windows. Mill Work. Builders Supplies."
