Description
This is a question and answer session between Peter Drucker and attendants of the Edward Jones management course. Drucker addresses such subjects as the 2004 presidential election, the growth of Edward Jones and its sense of purpose, the difference between large companies (such as General Motors) and Edward Jones, balancing support between new and experienced sales people, and whether and how one should outsource. Drucker emphasizes the importance of focusing on strengths and top performers, rather than attempting to turn poor performers into mediocre performers.
