Photograph of a Navajo woman at her loom weaving a blanket, ca.1900. She sits facing the loom as she weaves. The loom is held up by wooden beams near the roof. Near the woman, both a large pile of yarn and animal fur can be seen. The loom sits in a thatched dwelling. Several branches can be seen lining the roof above. In the extreme foreground at right, a large post frames the image.
