Description
Photograph of the exhibit room of the Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce (located on Broadway between First Street and Second Street) showing many exhibit cases, tables, and displays of wine, fruits, nuts, plants, crafts, and other products of southern California, ca.1900-1905. The room has a high roof with columns supporting it. Some of the displays are so tall that they nearly reach the ceiling. An elephant made of walnut, a very prominent display, stands on a platform in the center of the room. The only legible sign reads: "citrus fruits, [...], Ontario, [...]".
