Description
James Griffin entered the armed services during WWII and discusses re-entering civilian life in 1945 at the Voorhis campus (San Dimas unit of Cal Poly). In this interview, he also discusses the history of the San Dimas unit of Cal Poly Pomona from the point of view of a student who eventually became a teacher. He served as Professor of Ornamental Horticulture from 1947-1970 at Cal Poly. Note on original container also lists interview with James Degan, 1972-08-16. California Audiovisual Preservation Project
