Cooper hikes training camp contract to halfback Ron Waller, currently sidelined with shoulder injury, at festivities yesterday when Rams opened new training camp at Olive Memorial Stadium. Looking on are Mark B. Ross, chairman, of the Burbank Park and Recreation Commission, and Pete Rozell, general manager of the Rams."
