Description
Three unidentified members of the American Legion can be seen sitting and discussing something, possibly from the stack of papers on one of the members' lap. They appear to be from different cities/districts, as two of their caps read, "Pasadena Calif." and "Burbank Calif."; the third man's cap is not legible. Photograph dated November 6, 1946.
