Description
Photograph of the valve on a C.C.M Oil Company photo electric "bleeder" for separating the water on sixty wells, ca.1920. The valve is pictured at center, housed in a shallow cabinet of wood, with wires leading off its right side to what appears to be a fuse-box. A hole has been cut in the bottom of the cabinet to allow the piping that leads to the valve to fit through and connect to the large tank, which is paritally visible in the background. This photo is a detail study of CHS-10136.
