Photograph dated May 9, 1964; the caption reads "Dan Hoover of Poly High leads Leo Harris of North Hollywood over the Low Hurdles [sic] en route to his second win of the day in the East Valley League track finals Friday. Hoover also won the high hurdle race. Harris kept on Hoover's heels, to finish second."
