Description
Woman wearing business suit in midst of conversation at outdoor restaurant. She was a staff member to California Assemblyman Richard Polanco from approximately 1986 to 1992. Then elected to the Sacramento City Council from 1992 to 1996. Elected to the California Assembly in 1997.
