Photograph caption dated April 29, 1965 reads, "Mrs. Marie Haver, mother of actress June Haver and president of the Motion Picture Mothers, presents a cardiverter machine from her group for use at the Motion Picture Relief Fund's Country House and Hospital in Woodland Hills yesterday. The machine, used to regulate a patient's heart action, is being accepted by William T. Kirk, executive director of the Motion Picture Relief Fund."
