Article reports the reply made by the Board of Water and Power Commissioners of the City of Los Angeles to allegations that they have not paid sufficient reparations to the residents of Owens Valley for the construction of the Los Angeles Aqueduct. Transcript of the letter provided by the Board of Water and Power Commissioners of the City of Los Angeles is included at bottom of article and is signed by Reginaldo Francisco Del Valle, then president of the board.
