Description
Photograph shows initial stages of construction of Sacramento Valley Sugar Company in Hamilton City, Glenn County. General View - Showing in the foreground a number of our masts and booms being made ready to erect the steel work. Against the wall of the office building and warehouse area number of concrete blocks of which the superstructure is to be constructed. The building with the windows in it is Mr. Leonardt's Office. To the right of that is our transformer installation. Still further to the right is the temporary building of the Northern California Power Company. [To accompany MSS001 held in Special Collections, Meriam Library.]
