Description
Proposition 64, which was defeated would have declared that AIDS was an infectious, contagious and communicable disease and that the condition of being a carier of the HTLV-III virus was an infectious, contagious and communicable condition. Required that both be placed on the list of reportable diseases. Written on verso of photograph: 'Rev. Sky Anderson register volunteers for NO on Prop 64.'
