Description
Article on the management philosophy of Peter F. Drucker, who argues that independent managers, rather than teams, should be responsible for overseeing the personnel inside and relationships outside a company. Drucker claims that team management has an inherent weakness due to the lack of generally clear specifications concerning tasks and responsibilities for individual team members. He also discusses the importance of companies establishing partnerships with other businesses, universities, and governments to meet corporate challenges in the future.
