Photograph caption dated January 1, 1963 reads "Mr. and Mrs. T. Tal Seland, Woodland Hills residents for 10 years, have a little fun cutting their cake at golden wedding anniversary party in their honor at the Queen's Arms in Encino. The event was given by their sons, Richard Seland of Tarzana and Warren Seland of Minneapolis, Minn., and their daughter, Mrs. Jerry James, Woodland Hills. The couple, who have four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren, were married Dec. 31, 1912, in Minneapolis and have resided in California 25 years."
