Photograph caption dated March 30, 1965 reads, "Mrs. Jack Laws, above, has been selected 1964-65 Junior Citizen of the Year by the Burbank Junior Women's Club. Mrs. Laws has been a member of the club for a year and a half. She was education chairman this year; supports all ways and means projects, and assists other chairmen in their projects. The honoree is active as a Brownie leader and a Junior Girl Scout co-leader and in United Crusade and PTA. She has three children, Jacquelyn, 10; Laura, 9, and Randy, 7. Mrs. Laws will compete with other honorees from the different clubs in the Sierra-Cahuenga District, California Federation of Women's Clubs, Junior Membership, at the April convention."
