Description
Development just north of the Huntington Library, Hill Ave on the west, Santa Anita Ave on the east, centered on Allen Avenue to one block north of San Pasqual. Beautiful panoramic view with nonexistent station. Tracks were torn up in one year. "On the Main Line of the Cal. Central Ry. 2 miles east of Raymond Devoted strictly to villa residence lots, Pure and abundant mountain water, Magnificent oak groves, Beautiful view, Moderate prices, Easy terms. Apply to M. T.
