Description: This is one of the devices which Ray Pinker, police chemist, brought in to demonstrate how listening posts were installed in the Civic Center to record conversations. Shown with the device on January 30, 1942, are George Darrow, left, and Russell Camp, police technicians. Pinker was the first witness in the probe today.
