Description
Photo shows William Jobelmann, at left foreground, conferring with Olive Clark Day and Attorney Kenneth Chantry in court, where attack charges against Jobelmann and Miss Day in the "love mart" case of 16-year-old Clarice Tauber were dismissed. However, they were rearrested on charges of contributing to delinquency of a minor. All "love mart" charges against John P. Mills, wealthy realty and oil man, were dismissed.
