Description
The photo caption printed in the Sacramento Bee on September 23, 1968 states: "Tahoe Vista motel owners have protested the placement of "no trespassing" signs on 170 feet of beach they say is public property. The sandy beach and shallow water in front of the property of Sacramento attorney A. M. Mull was used extensively during the summer by motel customers."
