Description: The caption printed in the Sacramento Bee on September 21, 1971 states: "Workmen pour one of the support columns for Hornbrook, Siskiyou County, access overpass as progress continues on the final seven miles of Interstate 5 north of Yreka. Hughes, Ladd and McConnel of Redding is the prime contractor on the project, which is slated for completion by October 1973."
