Image of Xavier Hall on the Loyola University campus (present day Loyola Marymount University) in Westchester, Los Angeles, California.
"Loyola University, Los Angeles, Cal. 731" and "Brookwell Photo"--text, on negative. Title transcribed from negative; date devised by cataloger based on general years of operation of Brookwell Photo. In 1929 Loyola University (previously Loyola College) moved to its current location and became a university in 1930. In 1973 Loyola University and Marymount College merged to become Loyola Marymount University.
