Fred interviewing Chancellor Murphy of UCLA, educational television, the role of television to provide information and make informed decisions, environmental, economic concerns. Ed Coffin/Kauffman also featured. This tape is part of Fred Farr's papers. It is unmarked and has no label. Fred Farr served as California State Senator representing Monterey County from 1955 to 1967.
