Photograph was edited for publication purposes; Title supplied by cataloger. Photograph article dated April 20, 1962 partially reads, "In Valley Plaza, a tailor deftly opened a seam in a sport jacket, did something to the shoulders, and started resewing the fissure. While stitching, he told me his name is Albert Phillips, that he is a Cockney Englishman and proud of it, that his father had been a Master Tailor who sewed, stitched and basted in London until he was 92, and blimey he was proud of that, too. Phillips lives in North Hollywood, does his tailoring at Campbell Men's Shop, and is now a U.S. citizen. He was born within the sound of the Bow bells, in White Chapel, East End, in 'The City,' you know."
