Description
Smiling from behind a portion of the thousands of letters sent on April 10, 1944, by the All-Year Club of Southern California to the scrap-paper drive of the Los Angeles War Salvage Committee is All-Year Club Welcomette Virginia Lyon. The letters, received from each of the other 47 states and 33 foreign countries were removed from the storage files and had been answered and recorded. They sought information on postwar trips to Southern California.
