Photograph caption dated September 23, 1963 reads, "Valley Rep. James C. Corman (D-22nd Dist.), left, presents safe-driving certificates and pins to Canoga Park post office employes [sic], left to right, Roy McChristy, two years' safe driving; Ernie Long, one year; Harry Worthington, 16 years, and Paul Reveles, three years. The awards, given by the National Safety Council, were presented to 13 West Valley drivers, six at the Canoga Park Post Office and seven at the Winnetka annex."
