Photograph caption dated November 6, 1953 reads, "Displays of flowers presented by florists of Burbank will be on display at all public buildings during National Flower Week Nov. 1-8, according to plans reported to Mayor Carl King by Burbank florists as they visited his office to deliver some of the flowers which are to call the public's attention to the eighth annual observance. From left to right above are Alfred G. Lee, Donna Rose, Mayor King, Bud Harper, Ellen Wilkinson, Frank Fredenhagen and Gene Frambach."
