Photograph caption dated June 15, 1935 reads, "Funeral services were planned today for Frank A. Miller, above, a pioneer Southern Californian and owner of the famous Mission Inn at Riverside. He was internationally known and was a friend of world travelers as well as Sunday motorists. He died last night after an illness of several weeks."
