Description
Letters rejecting the settlement proposition submitted by the City of Los Angeles to the town of Big Pine and the reasons for which they rejected it, with resolutions passed unanimously by the Association. Also includes an unsigned statement by Frank Butler stating that he was not in attendance at a committee meeting in which members outlined their proposal for adjustment of their water rights at Big Pine and that he did not approve of such a settlement.
