A photo of Dwight Murphy's golden brown Palomino, El Rey de los Reyes, the first Palomino to be registered with the Palomino Horse Association which originated in California in 1935. Mr. Murphy owned the Rancho San Fernando Rey in the Santa Ynez Valley and bred Palominos for several years there.
