First photograph caption dated July 3, 1956 reads, "Joan Crawford and her husband, Al Steele, the soft drink king, were among the many notables at the premiere."; Second photograph caption dated April 20, 1959 reads, "Steele, head of Pepsi-Cola Co., dies in their New York apartment, apparently of heart ailment."
